Our team is experienced in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a specialization in eating disorders. We take an enhanced cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, which is based on a holistic and personalized understanding of each individual's unique needs.

At my counseling practice, I offer individual counseling services designed to help you overcome life's obstacles and improve your mental health. I practice traditional counseling rooted in evidence-based practices, including CBT-E and a five-stage approach. Let's work together to help you reach your goals.
Waitlist Care
We understand that the waitlist for mental health counseling can be frustrating and overwhelming. That's why we offer Waitlist Care, a unique service that provides short-term support for individuals on the waiting list for counseling services. Our maximum of 12 weeks of care focuses on stabilization and will provide the support you need until you can begin regular counseling services.
