Get to Know Me and My Philosophy

ABOUT ME
Sarah Dundar, M.A., LPCC-S &
Disordered Eating Specialist
As a licensed professional clinical counselor at Lumina Mental Health, I guide individuals toward healing through evidence-based treatment, specifically Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E). My approach combines clinical expertise with genuine understanding, creating a safe space for transformation. My journey in delivering mental health care has shown me that recovery isn't just about changing behaviors—it's about healing the whole person.

I started Lumina Mental Health based on the belief that we all shine brighter together than we can alone. I receive emails and calls from clients and their families expressing gratitude for our work together. Lumina is my expression of gratitude to those clients and families who have shaped this practice and my clinical skills. My approach blends evidence-based practices, person-to-person connection, and collaboration to create outcomes we can be proud of.
